JUST FINISHED WATCHING: THE CRY (2018)

Nominated for an International Emmy® for Best Actress, Jenna Coleman (Victoria, Doctor Who) mesmerizes as young mother Joanna in this intense psychological thriller.

MY VERDICT: I remember when this was on TV and I wanted to watch it but missed it for whatever reason so I was really excited to see after all this time I could still see it on the iPlayer. This programme is heart-breaking to watch but you feel you can’t look away. The performances by all characters are amazing and the tone is both sombre but intriguing. I highly recommend watching this to anyone who likes a psychological thriller but be warned it is very sad.
