INSPIRATION: INTERIORS: LAKE HOUSE

I wanted to share with you this most beautiful house in Merida, Mexico, found here. Like most of the architecture I share with you there’s a definite element of fantasy that comes at looking at this space. I live in England and you just don’t get houses like this anywhere here; but it is nice to fantasise visiting. And of course for those lottery win fantasies of having a second home in a warm climate with a pool!

Here’s some of the most inspiring and wonderful aspects of this house;

· The way the light creates shapes through the concrete slats

· The bold orange colour of the door

· That beautiful pool and the way the garden in lit so well at night

· The concrete exterior with cut out slats to let the light in
