MY VERDICT: I found this show mesmerising and hypnotic. I honestly went into it with a very cynical mind and was expecting to start it and turn it off but it keeps you hooked from episode to episode in such a skilful but obvious way. The characters are interesting and everyone seems lovely and all different in their own way but the thing I liked the most was the way the mermaids moved and the way they were filmed underwater was so spellbinding it was hard to look away. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a bit of joy in their life and the cynicism lifted away. And also in places its ridiculous and funny. Getting on a tail is not an easy business.
